The man I most blame (and thank without measure) for getting me into this business, is Al Bailey, of Cudahy, WI, who encouraged me to do things that I did not know I could not do, and who pushed me beyond what I thought was possible, and loved and cared about me enough to lead, guide, and answer 'dumb' questions for me for years.
